Create a professional invoice in minutes.

No signup. No accounting software. Your invoice stays in your browser. Add your branding, taxes and payment details, then export a PDF that looks like it came from a paid tool.

Free to use · A4, US Letter and Legal · 50+ currencies · Works offline once loaded

Everything a real invoice needs. Nothing an accountant would sell you.

InvoiceDesk is a document generator, not bookkeeping software. It does the document part properly and stops there.

Tax that behaves properly

One rate, two stacked rates, or a rate per line. Inclusive or exclusive. Discounts and shipping land in the right order, and the arithmetic is exact — no floating-point cents.

Six templates, genuinely different

Minimal, Modern, Classic, Elegant, Bold and Compact — each with its own header, table and totals treatment. Set your accent colour, typeface, density and margins.

Long invoices stay readable

Rows are measured and packed page by page, so nothing is sliced in half, the table header repeats, and the totals never collide with the footer.

PDF that matches the preview

The export renders the same pages you see on screen, at true A4, Letter or Legal size, with your own filename and document metadata.

Save and reopen without an account

Download an editable .invoicedesk file, open it next month, bump the number and send it again. The file lives on your device, not on a server.

Payment details and QR

IBAN, BIC, sort code, account number, UPI or PayPal — printed exactly as you type them. Add a QR code that encodes precisely the text you enter.

Logo and signature

Drop in a logo and strip a flat background locally. Sign with a finger, stylus or mouse, or upload a signature image.

Nothing leaves the browser

No account, no database, no uploads, no AI. Your customer names, amounts and notes are never sent to InvoiceDesk.

Open it. Make it. Leave.

01

Open the editor

No signup, no email, no trial. The editor loads with a blank invoice and a live preview beside it.

02

Fill it in

Your details, your customer, the lines you're billing. The document updates as you type — on desktop next to the form, on mobile a tap away.

03

Export and go

Download the PDF, print it, or save an editable copy for next month. Then close the tab.

Private by design

Your invoice data stays on your device.

There is no account to create, no database behind this page and no invoice storage in the cloud. Customer names, amounts, notes, logos and signatures are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to InvoiceDesk.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need an account to use InvoiceDesk?+

No. There is no signup, no login and no email wall. Open the editor, build the document, download the PDF and leave.

Where is my invoice data stored?+

In the browser tab you're using. InvoiceDesk has no database and no invoice storage, so nothing is uploaded when you type, preview or export. If you want a copy, download the PDF or an editable project file to your own device.

Can I reuse an invoice next month?+

Yes. Save an editable copy — an .invoicedesk file — to your device, reopen it later, and use Duplicate to advance the number. Because there's no account, the file is the record.

Which currencies and tax settings are supported?+

More than fifty currencies with correct minor units and local formatting, including zero-decimal currencies like JPY and three-decimal ones like KWD. You choose the tax name, rate and whether it is included in your prices. InvoiceDesk never decides which tax applies to you.

Is this an accounting package?+

No, and it isn't trying to be. InvoiceDesk generates documents. It does no bookkeeping, files no returns, takes no payments and offers no tax or legal advice.

Does it work on a phone?+

Yes. The mobile layout is built separately from the desktop one: large section cards, touch-sized line-item editing, and a full-screen preview — not a shrunken desktop page.
